Most people thrive in one of two categories of coaching — 1-to-1 personal coaching or coaching in groups. So, I have developed programs for both!
How do you know which you need? Well, if you are super-disciplined and self-motivated, then a group coaching experience may be all you need. If you need more personal guidance and attention, then you’ll enjoy 1-to-1 Individual coaching.
